For this abstract photo project I focused on the idea of visceral feelings. I wanted to think about touch, and the way photographs can translate a feeling. Inspired by artists like Maisie cousins, I have attempted creating equally beautiful and disgusting photographs. While some of the subject matter is gross, the feelings that can give off aren’t always that way. These photo sets are wet, sticky, rough, porous, brittle, soft, hairy, squishy, and sharp all at the same time. Each image or sets of images is meant to evoke your senses and inspire your imagination To run wild with what the photos might feel like. Well some of the images are easy to decipher, some are trickier. Nevertheless, you will be able to feel something from each picture
